This position is responsible for assisting stores with the administrative process of the wholegoods inventory tag number throughout its life cycle.
This includes procurement, order tracking, attributes, inventory transfers, programs, worksheet validations, floorplan settlements, equipment valuations and pricing, processing commissions, quarterly inventory and monthly revenue recognition reconciliations.

Process order fulfillment requisitions from General Managers and/or Area Sales Managers in a timely and accurate manner Track and reconcile inventory orders using OEM business system and communicate effectively with General Managers and/or Area Sales Managers regarding discrepancies Responsible for the monthly revenue recognition process including collection and review of e-Emphasys Offsite and Un-Booked Reports Ensure attributes (specifications) are added to tag numbers in e-Emphasys monthly Facilitate transfers of inventory and floorplan through coordination with General Managers and/or Area Sales Managers daily Knowledge of internal Titan Machinery programs and external Manufacture wholesale and retail programs Monthly reconciliation and collection of unpaid manufacturer programs Daily processing, review and validation of submitted Intellivue worksheets Daily processing of electronic settlement and warranty registrations with CNHi Capital Reconciliation of quarterly physical inventory Maintain expert knowledge of wholegoods inventory subject matter Be a direct daily contact for field sales team on wholegoods life cycle process and procedures Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
Associate Degree or 2
years' work related and/or related military experience Strong decision making, and problem-solving skills based on multiple potential outcomes and plan contingencies Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from vendors, customers and employees Ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with diverse personalities in a team environment High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis capabilities Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Work and Power Point Keen attention to detail and accuracy, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently Knowledge of retail equipment business, accounting principles, and practices Ability to travel up to 15% of the time and work flexible hours Exemplifies Titan Machinery's Core Values Preferred:
