PLM is open to training candidates with a variety of educational and employment backgrounds.
Applicants must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
Candidates must also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced legal environment.
Our legal assistant is primarily responsible for being the face of the firm at the front reception area and handling the firm's administrative needs, including greeting clients, answering phones, running office errands, scheduling for attorneys, assisting with file preparation and organization, as well as assisting with monthly billing needs and invoicing.
The position requires frequent client contact.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
