This position is responsible for providing accounts information support for e-Emphasys, JD Edwards Address Book and CRM On Demand.

Deliver quick and accurate follow-up for questions submitted to the Accounts Information team by phone and/or email for the following systems:
e-Emphasys, JDE and CRM Determine appropriate resolution of issues related to these systems Integrate customer and vendor information into e-Emphasys, JDE and CRM from new store acquisitions Perform follow-up with users to ensure issues are handled efficiently and correctly Become an expert in e-Emphasys, JDE and CRM systems, and pass the knowledge onto users Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED Certificate Experience using, e-Emphasys, JDE and CRM, preferred Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees Ability to travel on a limited basis and work flexible hours Exemplifies Titan Machinery's Core Values Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently Ability to work creatively within groups or individually Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve problems Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information Demonstrated excellent customer service skills Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Strong ability to multi-task Strong communication skills, both written and oral Strong computer/technical skills and ability to quickly learn new systems Titan Machinery provides a generous total compensation package including the following:
