Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts - Assist with case management and preparation for litigation - Review and analyze legal documents and agreements - Attend court hearings and depositions as necessary - Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies - Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters - Maintain accurate and organized case files
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar association - Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures - Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Prior experience in legal drafting, research, and litigation is preferred We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
