## Job Description
Sell telephone, internet, and cable television services by recruiting new clients, and providing superior customer service to retain existing clients.
Sell telephone, internet, and cable television services and products and provide service for new and existing business clients.
Prepare accurate estimates and contracts for business customers.
Recruit new customers to increase client base.
Achieve or exceed defined sales goals (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.).
Develop and deliver professional sales presentations.
Work to retain existing clients by providing superior service and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect with potential and existing clients, within your department, and community.
Maintain current and accurate documentation for all sales contacts.
Produce and analyze comprehensive reports.
Be influential.
Be willing and able to travel in accordance with Midcontinent's "Use of Vehicle for Company Business" policy.
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
Adhere to Midcontinent Communications privacy guidelines to ensure each customer's privacy.
Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.
Function as an effective team member while supporting the efforts and concepts of other departments.
Support the mission, vision, and values of Midcontinent Communications.

High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Previous sales experience preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
