## Job Description
Ensure that quality and appropriate service is provided to subscribers on every level. Train staff to perform their essential functions proficiently.
Lead and deliver successful training courses in multiple locations to support a wide range of service components, products, and customer service support objectives. Train and mentor team members on best practices to promote uniformity and customer satisfaction.
Assist the Training Manager in developing successful, effective internal training programs; use a variety of resources to evaluate usefulness and value of existing programs to assess current needs.
Promote and train "best practices" to raise overall quality.
Mentor and report quality assurance of installation, repair, and maintenance.
Produce comprehensive reports on a regular basis detailing levels of quality in various areas as requested.
Be ready, willing, and able to travel.
Drive Company vehicles safely, courteously, and defensively; schedule appropriate maintenance as required.
Maintain current, valid driver's license and good to excellent driving record (DUI within the last 5 years disqualifies Employee for employment in this position).
Operate and drive a Company vehicle in accordance with Midcontinent's "Use of Vehicle for Company Business" policy.
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
Adhere to Midcontinent Communications privacy guidelines to ensure each customer's privacy.
Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.
Function as an effective team member while supporting the efforts and concepts of other departments.
Support the mission, vision, and values of Midcontinent Communications.
Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred with a focus in Communications, Business or Sales, or equivalent experience.
One year of telecommunications experience or aptitude required; previous training experience preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
